A founding partner of Eden, George brings over 25 years’ experience across civil engineering, construction, and residential development. He leads on strategy, funding, and corporate structuring, with a proven track record of delivering complex schemes exceeding £200m in value.

Director, Construction & Delivery Lead

Hiten is responsible for construction delivery and project execution, overseeing schemes from planning and pre-construction through to completion. With experience managing construction projects from £10m to £50m, he brings strong capabilities in programme management, contractor coordination, cost control, value engineering and risk mitigation.

Commercial & Financial Control

Ian provides commercial oversight and financial discipline across Eden’s projects. With extensive experience managing developments up to £30m and a background with leading operators including Kier and Churchill Retirement Living, he ensures robust cost control, procurement strategy, and financial reporting. His expertise includes budgeting, funding negotiations, contract management, and stakeholder reporting, supporting the delivery of financially viable and well-governed schemes.
